With the Mondo Key-tuned Djembe from Remo, you get a djembe that can go anywhere and hold up to the elements thanks to its Acousticon shell. Made from multiple thin plies of 100% recycled wood-fiber materials, this shell has also been laminated under pressure, making it tough and weather resistant. In addition, the Mondo shell has been treated with special resins that serve to keep moisture out. Finally, a special coating is added to the inside of the shell that optimizes the tonal and acoustic qualities of this awesome djembe.
